Delete My Account

You can delete your IntroWorld account and all associated data directly from within the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also contact us by email.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, matches, messages, photos, and subscription history will all be removed.

Messages
Match history
Location data
Account credentials
IntroPoints balance
Subscription records
Friends & block lists

Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)

Open the IntroWorld app and sign in
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion — your account will be removed immediately

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you can't access the app, email us and we'll delete your account within 30 days.
