IntroWorld ("we," "us," or "our") operates the IntroWorld mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide directly: Email address, password, first name, surname, nickname, age, occupation, gender, biography, languages spoken, and photos (profile photo + up to five gallery images).
Information collected automatically: Precise GPS location (latitude/longitude), city, and country; match history, message history, activity timestamps, IntroPoints activity, subscription status, device identifiers, and operating system information.
Payment information: Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store payment card details.
The App requires access to your device's precise location to power location-based matching. Location is processed on our servers (Firebase) and shared with other users in limited form (city/country level). We do not sell your raw GPS coordinates. You may disable location access in device settings, but this will limit core functionality.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use encrypted credential storage on your device, Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorized API access, and HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
IntroWorld is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To request deletion of your account and all associated data:
